Bad News, Atari!
NASDAQ doesn't take this sort of thing lying down. I mean, seriously, they've threatened Dell like 70 or 80 times. REALLY seriously. They mean it this time. Atari only has 79 more sternly-worded letters from NASDAQ before they really get angry.
